This summer, the Parkway Council has helped provide support to Philadelphia Parks and Recreation to bring visitor amenities to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway to ensure that everyone has a comfortable, enjoyable, and safe experience.
Look for these “hospitality hubs" featuring public restrooms and water stations at LOVE Park, Shakespeare Park, Eakins Oval, and Lloyd Hall. In partnership with the Philadelphia Visitor Information Center, pop-up visitor info and cooling centers are also available at LOVE Park and Eakins Oval.
The Parkway Council has also teamed up with Center City District to provide additional Parkway wayfinding signage to help all those visiting the Parkway spend less time navigating, and more time discovering everything the Parkway and the city have to offer.
